Paddy's Big Catch at Cockle McDonalds farm by the sea is based on a family story of whitebaiting in Collingwood, Golden Bay. A spot where Pa has enjoyed whitebaiting for many years. This is my third story and includes the recipe for delicious whitebait patties!
